Processing Time

All orders placed on our website are subject to a 14-business day (excluding weekends and holidays) processing window prior to shipment. This processing time allows us to create and prepare your unit.

During sale periods, please allow extra time as processing can take 15–25 working days due to high demand.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• Domestic (UK): 3–5 Business Days
  
• International: 5–7 Business Days
  

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking to update.

Important Information

• Order changes: Once your order has shipped, we cannot make changes (including delivery address, shipping method, or items).
  
• Verify your address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders that fail to deliver due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  
• Lost, stolen, or missing packages: Once your order is shipped, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or missing parcels. If this occurs, please open a claim directly with Royal Mail (or the courier used).
  
• Delivered status: We do not issue refunds for orders scanned as Delivered. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office.
  
• Signature Requirement: Orders over £300 will require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available at your address to sign for your parcel.

Returns & Exchange Policy

At Floráns, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please read our returns and exchange policy carefully before purchasing.

Customised Wigs

• Due to the nature of customised wigs, we do not offer returns.
  
• Exchange is only possible if the wig is damaged by us.
  

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are only accepted if the item has been received damaged or faulty due to our error.
  
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
  

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
  
• A return label will be issued via email, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.
  

Tracking Requirement

• If returning an item, you must provide us with a tracking number to ensure proof of delivery.
  
• Refunds or exchanges will not be processed until we have received the returned item.
  

Non-Refundable Situations

• We do not issue refunds for items that show as “Delivered” by the courier.
  
• We are not liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Please open a claim directly with the courier (Royal Mail or your local courier).
