1. How long does shipping take?

We have a 14-business day processing window (excluding weekends and holidays) before shipment, as each unit is carefully prepared. During sales periods, please allow 15–25 working days. Once shipped, delivery times are approximately:

  • UK: 3–5 business days
  • International: 5–7 business days
Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched

2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of customised wigs, we do not accept returns. We only allow exchanges if the wig arrives damaged by us.

  • Customers cover return shipping costs (a return label will be issued and deducted from your refund).
  • Tracking numbers must be provided for all returns.
Please ensure your order details are correct before checkout

3. What’s the difference between Ready To Ship and Custom Orders?

  • Ready To Ship wigs are pre-made units available for immediate purchase, often in popular styles and lengths. They ship faster once processed.
  • Custom Orders are tailored to your specifications (cap size, parting, styling, colour, etc.) and require full processing time

4. How do I measure my head for the perfect fit?

Use a soft measuring tape and follow these six key measurements to ensure your wig fits comfortably and securely:

  1. Circumference – Wrap the tape around your hairline, starting at your forehead and going all the way around to the nape of your neck.
  2. Front to Nape – Measure from the middle of your front hairline, over the crown, down to the nape of your neck.
  3. Ear to Ear (Across Forehead) – Place the tape at your temple, just in front of one ear, and measure across your hairline to the other temple.
  4. Ear to Ear (Over Top) – Measure from the top edge of one ear, over the crown, to the top edge of the other ear.
  5. Temple to Temple (Around Back) – Starting at one temple, measure around the back of your head to the other temple.
  6. Nape of Neck – Measure the width of your hairline across the back of your neck.

Tip: Always keep the measuring tape snug but not tight, to get the most accurate fit.

5. Can I wash and style my wig?

Yes! All Floráns wigs are made from 100% virgin raw human hair, which means they can be washed, styled, curled, and straightened. To extend longevity, we recommend using sulfate-free products, heat protectant sprays, and professional colouring if you wish to dye your unit.
